13 Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration 13 PERFORMANCE METRICS  Performance standard for on-time shipment increased from 75% to 85%  Current vendors –Failure to meet benchmark for two successive periods could affect past performance evaluations in exercise of options and new contract awards  New vendors –Evaluated on prior commercial contracts
