Fairtrade supports the millions of farmers in the developing world who struggle to make a living from selling their crops. Buying products with the FAIRTRADE Mark ensures they receive a fair price plus a little extra, the Fairtrade premium, to invest in projects of their choice.

Hold an assembly Every year the Fairtrade Fortnight takes place in February. Last year’s theme was Go Bananas for fairtrade. We did a role play about farmers trying to get a fair price for their bananas.
