4.  Climate/Weather- Is there good or bad weather? Are there a lot of natural disasters? Culture/Lifestyle- What type of activities do people do for fun? how do people spend their money? Economy- How is the economy? Can people afford to go to the theme park? Population- Is there room for a theme park? is the population rural or urban? Competition- How many major parks are nearby? Are there any other amusement companies around?

6.  China has the largest population in the world  There is already a Disney World in China  overcrowded with amusement parks  Large cities have also created great pollution China’s competition Beijing China

7. China’s government is communist many still follow Chinese beliefs and resent America The communist government can be oppressive and give people very little time for fun Communist government Overworked and under paid citizens

9.  Taiwan is a very small island with extreme over population  The economy is 17 th in the world with low wages  much poverty and disease Overcrowding of Taiwan

10. Even though there are not many major theme parks, only a few people have money for things like Theme Parks No real target market Natural disasters could potentially destroy the theme park

12.  The climate of Japan in the southern region is usually warm tropical weather  Japan sometime receives earthquakes and tsunamis  If Disney is located inland these disasters are not a concern 

13.  Japan has greatly embraced western ideas  The Japanese like the idea of amusement parks and rides and greatly embrace companies like Disney World  The Japanese amusement parks have been very popular Japanese Amusement parks

14.  Japan has the third largest economy in the world  Many people will be able to afford going to the amusement park with a GDP close to America’s  unemployment rate is at 9.1% which means their will be no shortage of labor for the park
