The system will be implemented in stages across governmental organizations. The Egyptian Procurement Law #89 issued in 1998 is the major source of guidance for the E-Procurement practices.

It is Composed of 3 subsystems: –E-Tendering 1.Creating RFP. 2.Publish the RFP on the portal & sending notifications to suppliers. 3.Supplier can send Questions on the tender and the buyer can reply through the portal.
