Stewardship is the responsible management and oversight of grant funds, which ensures that funds are used properly and benefit populations in need.

Qualification provides clubs with financial and stewardship controls for meeting Foundation requirements and managing grant-funded activities. Clubs need to qualify before applying for global and packaged grants.

Attend a grant management seminar Read, sign, and submit club MOU to the district Club must be financial with District as well a RI Club / Members must contribute towards The Rotary Foundation – Annual Fund finances Grants Be up to date in all previous grant reporting requirements

This year, 2014/15, the Grant Management Seminars are being run as Webinars. Clubs will need to have representatives log in to each of the four webinars in the series. Each webinar will be held twice in the week. They are to be held on the following dates from 7:00pm Tues 4 th and Thurs 6 th November Tues 11 th and Thurs 13 th November Tues 18 th and Thurs 20 th November Tues 25 th and Thurs 27 th November

The club MOU is a binding agreement between the club and its district, outlining Foundation requirements. By signing the MOU, the club agrees to comply with the requirements.
