2. Introduction
Amulya Leasing & Finance Limited (ALFL) is a listed company on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) with current market capitalization of around Rs 62 Crores.
In the year 2011, ALFL was taken over by Gupta family thereby making this company part of their “SUDESH GROUP”
With the vision of venturing into Micro Finance business, the company explored various possibilities but could not crytallize the vision.
For the Interest and commitment towards Investors, the Promoters decided to introduce M/s Apollo Pipes limited -another Sudesh Group Company which is the only PVC pipe manufacturer in Northern Region with widest range of plastic pipes – cPVC, uPVC and HDPE pipes and fittings in ALFL.
Consequently, in 2014, ALFL acquired 50.96% stake in Apollo Pipes limited(APL) and became its Holding Company.

APL is diversified and focused into value added products viz., cPVC, Column, Ribbed screen, ring fitted and Plumbing pipes and fittings.

Sudesh Group of Industries - Conceived and promoted by founder Chairman Late Shri Sudesh Kumar Gupta.
The group consists of
Steel Division - First iconic company – APL Apollo Tubes Limited (earlier known as Bihar Tubes Ltd.) started in 1986 at Sikanderabad (UP).
Plastic Division - Apollo Pipes Ltd. started in 2000 at Sikanderabad (UP) and expanded to add another manufacturing unit at Dadri (UP).
