SOW 2.6-2.8 Requirements Consultation/Technical assistance (TA) to providers –List consultation/TA to providers Annual CQI/QA visit to providers –Assure program implemented according to Policies and Procedures –Assure that clients are receiving required nutrition, psychosocial and health education services Report activities in the Annual Report 3

4. CQI/QA workgroup In response to requests in the 2012 Annual Meeting, MCAH instituted a CQI/QA Workgroup WG met and developed three tools: –Administrative Review Tool –Chart Review Tool –EHR Review Tool 4
