2  Not for profit Community organisation based in Logan City  27+ years delivering employment, training, personal support, counselling and settlement services  Offices in Logan, Gold Coast and Ipswich  Services also throughout Qld: Biloela, Lockyer valley and Redlands shire  70 full time staff and 40 part time and casual staff  History of delivering of a range of settlement services since 1997  HSS provider since 2001  integrated service model - airport to employment

3  Recruitment and assessment of Job seekers through our Specialist Job Service contract  Training of job seekers (Recruitment, Job Skills)  Re-Settlement and assistance with relocation if needed  Community Development support  Post Employment Support (Mentoring)  Incentive for Employers

4  Build relationship with Employers to benefit our clients  Taylor recruitment and training to suit employer  Ensure job seekers are work ready  Employer ‘buy in’ to the process  Post placement support and cross cultural training  Increased return business (job for our jobseekers)

5 Community Settlement Support Settlement Support Training and language Training and language Employment Client Journey Training ASI Driver Training Volunteering Housing Youth Language Work Programs Enterprise

6  Access JSA program develops links with farmers and employers in rural areas  Normally HR come to Access to interview  Understanding of location, employment conditions and housing support  Partnership with community support e.g. Council  Retain contact with clients and Employers  Training wage, EPF and relocation fund able to support JSAs in rural employment options

10  All the projects that have been developed have been done in consultation with local stakeholders to address employment shortages and local issues  All have resulted in high employment outcomes and benefits (jobs) for refuges and migrants  Worked across several industries including Food, Warehouse, Horticulture and Professional jobs  The possibilities are endless
