3. Mission The Mission of the Alaska Synod Youth Ministry Network (ASYMN) is to identify, empower, equip, and assist adult lay youth ministry volunteers across the State.

4. Vision Our vision is to equip Lay Congregational Leadership to work and network together to experience creative ways to minister to the youth of our Synod. This Alaska Synod Youth Ministry Network will be made of people who are dedicated to youth ministry and all levels of experience in Youth and Family Ministry.

7. We Need Your Support Congregations are being asked to identify Volunteers to be trained in Youth Leadership Help with an Annual Statewide Training Event. Become the network. We hope to have 2 committee members from each cluster.
