3. Who We Are ? EFT AC is the EFT payments one stop shop assisting all EFT Stakeholders in Afghanistan such as: USG Contracting, USG Finance, Afghan Vendors, and Afghan Banks. We are highly trained representatives who are fluent in Dari, and English to assist you with all your EFT issues. We are located in Kabul and we are here to assist six days a week from 8am-4pm. 3
