You can set different access levels for authorized personnel according to the time zones. For example: Normal staff of a sales office can access only during office hours whereas management personnel can have free access without restrictions. At the TimeSet configuration, you can set the time for permissible door access. There are 3 time intervals which can cater for a total of 3 shifts.

By default, there are 2 predetermined time sets which are Anytime and No Time. If you need to add a new Time Set, create new “Time Set” > Rename > Enter New time set can also be added by right clicking on the Time Set at the left panel.

Start time and end time can also be configured by clicking on the icon. You need to configure these time sets to determine which time the employee can gain entry or deny access to the door. There are 3 time intervals available to cater for 3 shifts. Access Levels Tab > Click on the Normal Staff 8am to 6pm at the left panel > Edit the time accordingly > Save > Sync

Multiple time set can be set for different levels of employees. For example, Normal Staff which only have access to the office during a specific time, i.e. from 8am - 6pm, the access level should be set as below.

Personnel which are only required at the office at a certain duration within the day. For example, cleaners are only allowed in the office from 10am to 12pm for the morning session, 2pm to 4pm for the afternoon session and 6pm to 8pm for the evening session. The access level details should be like below.

Access can be limited during holidays. However, there is only 1 period available and thus cater for 1 shift only. Access Levels Tab > Add Holiday Time Zone Holiday time zone can also be added by right clicking at time set in the left panel.

Once Holiday Time Zone has been created, you can now configure the settings according to your own holiday list. Access Levels Tab > Holiday Setting at left side tab > Edit > Add Select the Holiday time Zone from drop down menu > set the starting and ending Month & Date > OK > Save > Sync Device To remove holiday setting: Access Levels Tab > Edit > Tick the holiday you want removed > Remove > Save

Once Time Set and Holiday Timezone are configured, they can be assigned to specific user or group. There are 2 default access groups, Full Access and No Access. To add a new access group; Access Levels Tab > Add Access Group > Rename > Enter Users can also add Access Group by right clicking on the verify type at the left panel.

Once an access group has been created, you can assign users into their respective group. By doing this, you can control the accessibility of employees by group instead of individually. Click on the specific group > Users tab > Edit > Add > Select users > OK > Save > Sync

Once done assigning users to their respective group, you need to select which door this rule applies to. Access Control tab > Edit > Add > Select door > Choose Time Set from the drop down menu at the bottom > OK > Sync Tick the Holiday checkbox if this rule applies during holiday.

You can either set one method or a combination of verification methods to each user for improved security. Access Levels Tab > Add Verify Type > Rename > Enter Users can also add verification type by right clicking on the verify type at the left panel.

There are 15 verification types available. Users can also assign up to 50 Time Range for verification per day. Verify Type > Edit > Add > Enter the relevant information > Choose the Time Range and Verify Type from the drop down Menu > Add > Save For example: The office is only accessible to certain level of employees after office hours. To improve security, you can set a combination of verification before employee can gain access.

You must also set which door this rules apply to once you have set the verification type. Door Tab > Edit > Add > Select Door > OK > Save > Sync
