Establish a Steering Committee Report directly to the Chancellor and EVC/Provost Charge three workgroups to develop recommendations to improve: –Communication –Recognition –Career Opportunities Provide recommendations to the Chancellor and EVC/Provost

Three Workgroups Communication, Recognition, and Career Opportunities Chaired by vice chancellors Composed of a cross-section of staff Focus groups will be utilized
