6 Delivery and Dissemination Firms in each region will be surveyed and invited to apply to take part in the project – they will receive assistance in the form of knowledge transfer, to a predetermined value, and the results of the interventions will form part of the evaluation and dissemination of the project to all interested firms in the region. Any firm applying for participation will be required to agree to this, and to sign a declaration to the effect that the nominal financial value of the aid they receive will not breach De Minimus State Aid regulations.
