4-H Electric Program Objectives Develop effective leadership, character, and citizenship Develop life skills Learn about the fundamentals of electricity and its safe efficient use Create an awareness of energy usage Energy conservation Generate enthusiasm for Science and Technology

Program Benefits Basic concepts of electricity and magnetism How to safely work with electricity Concepts related to energy storage, generation, distribution, and conservation Maintaining and repairing electrical appliances, tools, lights, and wiring Learn how to use electrical tools (volt-ohm meter, soldering iron) Identify circuit components and read circuit diagrams Scholarship awards
