Proposed Solution This pre-feasibility report proposes a large- scale high school recruitment event to:  Introduce prospective students to Wayne State University College of Engineering  Provide information regarding various programs within the college  Promote interaction with students and parents  Inform students and parents about safety on Wayne State University campus  Highlight the benefits of being located in the heart of Detroit’s Midtown Cultural Center
