NNF oct 07 Summary e-navigation education The focus on the need for education on modernised systems came to late Tradition is our “worst enemy” Traditional education and training are still valid More training and retraining are needed IMO requirements are not enough and perhaps not tough enough Work has started so things are looking better but the process is challenging
