Last Updated: April 2014 Contract Number - Manage by Number Blocking an Addition to a Cisco.com Profile - Screen 1 of 2 To Block a Contract Number from being added to a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Number screen: Choose a Contract Number. Enter Contract Number that you manage. OR Select Block contract addition to Cisco.com profile. Click the Submit button. Select Block contract addition to Cisco.com profile. Click on the Submit button. Note:You cannot see a Contract Number in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. Last Updated: April 2014 Blocking 1) deletes the Contract Number from the individual’s profile and 2) blocks the Contract Numbers you select. Cisco will then be unable to add the Blocked Contract Numbers to that individual's profile. This may affect the individual’s ability to use other Cisco applications. Contract Number - Manage by Number Blocking an Addition to a Cisco.com Profile - Screen 2 of 2 Once a Contract Number has been chosen and the action Block Contract addition to Cisco.com profile has been selected: Screen 2 of 2: Select one, many, or all individuals from the list. Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmation will be sent to all Administrators for that Contract Number as well as each individual. Or, search for an individual and select them. 1 2 1 2

Last Updated: April 2014 Contract Number - Manage by Name Blocking an Addition to a Cisco.com Profile - Screen 1 of 2 To Block a Contract Number from being added to a Cisco.com profile using the Manage by Name screen: Select Block contract addition to Cisco.com profile. Click on the Submit button. Choose the individual. Screen 1 of 2: Select a search attribute from the drop down list. A list of individuals who match the search attribute and criteria you entered will appear. Enter the information you want to search for. Click on the Search button. 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 5 3 4 6
