We reached 18 000 students 26 programmes could be studied purely on-line. 4000 students participated in 205 on-line courses In addition about 115 courses where offered as distance learning. In this setting the teacher lectures eg. on-line and participants are in remote locations More and more courses are offered as blended learning. approx. 350 courses are using the learning environment to engage students. 500 exams where offered on-line and 5000 students took part in these Avoin yliopisto / Birgitta Kivinen/ Susanna Pitkänen
