14. 14 Assessment procedure Each country completes the PCP checklist prior to the Roadmap meeting Countries should come to the meeting with evidence to justify the checklist answers During the meeting, countries are ‘interviewed’ by a Regional Advisory Group At the conclusion of the meeting, a Stage is assigned to the country (may be provisional)

15. 15 Planification Countries should answers the following questions: How to progress within and to the next stage? What are the main challenges to progress and how van these be overcome to maintain the current stage and/or to progress to the next one? What external support do you need to progress?
