4 Global Housing Partners LLC Global Housing Partners has developed the WetBox Building System The WetBox Building System uses factory built modular bathrooms and kitchens. The WetBox contains all mechanical systems to support single family homes, duplex units, multifamily units, school classrooms, medical clinics, dormitories, hotels and office buildings. The WetBox uses a simple "plug and play connection method" by attaching the WetBox Unit to the Dry Side Unit. The Dry Side Unit is built on-site with a variety of building materials; including poured concrete, masonry block, SIP panels or wood frame construction. By having all the wet components completed in a factory controlled environment and delivered to the job site once the Dry Side Unit is erected, construction time is greatly reduced and the possibility of weather damage, vandalism or theft is minimized.
