12 DRAFT ONLY What Students Say "Being a student rep on the SA COP committee has proven to be a great way of keeping up to date with org psych events/developments in SA. For example, I attended the recent organisational psychology conference in Adelaide as a "student helper“ and in return got free access to all the sessions! Being a student member also provides me with an opportunity to network with people who are already in the field and to get a better idea of what to expect once the degree is finished.“ Gorjana, Student member of COP SA

13 DRAFT ONLY What Students Say “A positive outcome of being involved with COP/SA chapter, as a student, is getting to know colleagues! I have learnt about becoming a registered OrgPsych and what you need to know to be a good one. I hear what the other COP chapters in Australia are doing to attract new members and I am proud that SA is steps ahead in initiatives and actions.” Marcela, Student member of COP SA

14 DRAFT ONLY What Students Say “Serving on the National and State committees has been a useful professional development experience for me, as I’ve been given leadership and project management responsibilities that students aren’t usually exposed to. Being a student member of COP has been great, both in terms of networking and receiving the latest professional knowledge.” Tim, Student member of COP NSW
