3. Stage 2 – A Delivery from the Pumps Stage 2 vapour is collected, from all nozzles supplying petroleum products, at the neck of the nozzle, and returned to one tank via a manifold

4. Tank Deliveries – Stage 1B Normally, most Stage 2 vapour is taken by the tanker when connecting to the Stage1B system during the delivery process

5. Basic Principle of Stage 2 The stage 2 vapour is returned to one tank, whilst the product could be supplied from a number of tanks. This creates increased pressures and rapid expansion causing temperature differentials and turbulence.
