Florida Southern College Annual Report Requirements – Content 1.Team Description (create a chart) Name, year in school, major, number of hours served on this project. 2.Project Need Why is this project important? See section 2 of Project Planning Template. Describe the extent of the problem (i.e. the need you are hoping to help alleviate). Include secondary data statistics. Cite your sources.

Florida Southern College Annual Report 3.Project Activities Detail what your team has done to help alleviate the problem you identified in #2. Get specific. Being too vague gives the impression you’re B.S.-ing. List activities for each group member by name. – This will be used to evaluate your individual contribution grade.

Florida Southern College Annual Report 4.Project Impact (Results) Describe how your team has impacted the group in need. Include quantitative measurements: any data you can count. Include qualitative measurements: quotes and themes from responses you’ve received. List results for each team member – This will be used to evaluate your individual contribution grade

Florida Southern College Annual Report 5.Enactus Criterion For your identified group in need, describe how your team has: – Improved quality of life – Improved standard of living These two refer to long-term, sustainable improvements – “Give a man to fish and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he’ll eat for a lifetime”. This can be at the group level (rather than listing out for each team member).

Florida Southern College In-Class Presentation Purpose: showcase your team’s efforts. Make a compelling case why you deserve good grades for your effort (via measurable results) and why your project should be showcased at Regional Competition. A few slides summarizing your team’s efforts You may show any visuals from your work (YouTube video, surveys, FB pages, interviews, etc.) 15 minute max Everyone must participate Professional business attire BAB members may attend to evaluate your work Practice your presentation in advance

Florida Southern College Project CD Turn in a CD with all of the evidence of work your team has done. Due March 4. photos, marketing materials, quotes from participants, survey responses and analysis, media coverage, video footage, and anything else that provides insight as to the work you’ve done and your success in meeting your project goal.
