Request New Audit Why “Request a New Audit”? Because changes will occur throughout your academic year/semester(s), “Request New Audit” displays your most current student’s data in the report. For example, when you “Request a New Audit,” current live data will display a grade change, a major change, transfer credits added, etc. To request a new audit select “Audits” from the top menu bar then select “Request New Audit,” before selecting “Submit a New Audit.

Request New Audit After you select “Submit a New Audit” a list of current audits will be displayed. To open your interactive audit select “Open Audit”. Note: Business majors with a second degree program in business will receive two audits. It is important to wait for both audits to display under “Webtitle”. For example, two audits will appear if a Real Estate major has a second degree program in Accounting.
11
Understanding Your Audit Once you select “Open Audit” your interactive audit will appear within another window. You are able to look at your overall GPA, and select “Core/GenEd” or “Major” for further details. Green meaning completed courses and Pink meaning unfulfilled courses. Your interactive audit shows you a list of completed and unfulfilled requirements through texts and graphs. “Open Audit”
12
Understanding Your Audit Near the top right corner of your interactive audit select “View Course History” to display a list of courses (such as transferable, registered, and completed courses) under “Course Summary”. “Course Summary” features allows you to select different sorting options (by term, course, hours, grade and title) and print your course history with the “Printer Friendly” option ( eliminating graphs and “Planned Courses” tab). NOTE: Old course numbers will be replaced with new course numbers. For example, Math 0045 (old course number) will appear as Math 1001 (new course number). If you have any questions about the renumbered courses, go to http://renumbering.temple.edu http://renumbering.temple.edu
