6.  The Navigational Tool is one long document outlined in formatted sections  Allows each person to work at their own pace using the outline as a guide  On line instruction and education is an individual practice and everyone learns and absorbs material at their own pace  This system allows an individual to spend as much or as little time needed in each section based on ones’ existing knowledge base or needs

11.  This section will focus on the types of cancer registries. There is a wide range of settings and functions within varying organizational structures including hospitals, network healthcare facilities, free-standing facilities, military and Veterans Administration institutions and other types of facility based cancer registries. While the facility may be independent or part of a corporate group, government or privately owned there is a quantifiable organized process for systematic data collection
