consider it positive are quite enthusiastic about using EPOSTL a chance to improve their teaching skills that portfolio allow to develop creativity and teaching skills they think that the portfolio functions as a mirror reflecting true picture of an individual´s skills overview not only of their capabilities and qualities, but also limitations that need improvement.

In 2007 by Ass.Prof.Straková 2 phase research 1st phase (2006) lasted for 2 semesters > Portfolio used by students for their preparation as well as for their self-reflection > led towards deeper analysis of individual aspects > feedback > „ I thought it would be just a boring document... but actually, I found it very important during my teaching practice. There are a lot of useful and meaningful things I would have never thought of...“

2nd phase (2007/2008) trainees used EPOSTL during the whole two semesters not only during pre-service training > used during activities = in-service teachers + pre-service teachers Trainee´s feedback : “... I found out that a lot of {the} things I read about in EPOSTL the teachers actually use in their classrooms...“

students of English didactics have a subject in the 4 th year of study, that contains topic and work with EPOSTL they find it very useful Ass.prof. Straková - the only one actively using portfolio in her profession after finishing education at university, students can use it Zuzana Straková and Ass.prof. Cimermanová are dealing with portfolio in their publications.
