3.  Western New York’s premier health club  Founded by Rick Rugg and Bob Schiffhauer in October, 1980  Has grown all throughout Buffalo and expanded to Rochester, creating the Rochester Athletic Club (RAC)  Since 1980, they have used a paper-based format in order to keep track of their operations Background
