LARGE COMPLEX BRAINS Large complex brains can store and process a lot of information. Early humans interact and encounter with new habitats.

THE EVOLUTION-DESIGNED BRAIN The first time you observe the anatomy of the human brain, its many folds and overlapping structures can seem very confusing, and you may wonder what they all mean. But just like the anatomy of any other organ or organism, the anatomy of the brain becomes much clearer and more meaningful when you examine it in light of the evolutionary processes that created it.

evolution of the human brain How do scientists explain the evolution of the human brain? As with other complex biological features, scientists explain the evolution of the human brain through natural selection. However, the human brain presents some unique challenges that must be answered through slightly different methods.

Large brains Large brains means large heads, making childbirth more difficult and painful for human mothers. About 2.5 million years ago hominids started out with a brain weighting 400-450 grams. Evolution in humans is commonly thought to stop in recent times. There are plenty of examples that the human race is evolving like our brain and there are signs.

Evolution of the skull bony case of the brain of vertebrates. Human evolution is the part of biological evolution concerning the emergence of humans as a distinct species. It is the subject of a broad scientific inquiry that seeks to understand and describe how this change and development occurred.
