In Summary You are a team lead AND a team member Make sure each team member understands the goal – what is the big picture – and what is my role? Keep your team focused and working toward the common goal – focus on tasks Be a solution seeker – Don’t fall into the cesspool of negativity- you’ll never get out and the project will suffer Make sure all lines of communication are open so that each team member can contribute ideas and offer suggestions, recommendations and solutions
