US environment Almost every one has a laptop at home & work. Good 3G nework coverage nationwide – 4G network is expanding – only 2G in rural areas Very reliable wired broadband access Always connected! WiFi on planes!! Lot of business gets done in emails Companies adding more business apps

3G/4G service Bucket plans – ~$30 limited BW – ~$70 unlimited BW Weed out users who use too much data! WiFi preferred setting

Smart phone issues Stability – Android devices behave like PC Battery drain with heavy use
