Make/model/year/quantity/function Type of fuel Annual fuel usage in gallons Total miles on the vehicle Fuel economy VIN numbers Do you own or lease your fleet? How do you purchase vehicles/set up lease agreements? When do you typically replace your vehicles?

6 Clean Cities / 6 Fleet Conversion Fleet expansion, replacement or re-power (conversion kit). Info/specs needed on conversion kits or new vehicle. Do you need fueling facilities or is there a near by station? Do you want your own private station or share a public station? Considerations: What vehicles would you want to replace/convert, and at what rate? How many vehicles will be replaced/converted? * Every grant is different. For some – replacing or converting older vehicles is better, but some (such as DERA), it can’t be too old, but it can’t be too new.
