4. REGIONAL PRIORITY The Congestion Management Process Study published by AMATS in July 2012 lists Congestion Reduction Strategies for various intersections. Listed below is the strategy for the study corridor: I-76 / Tallmadge Road / Mogadore Road Interchange – Reconfigure Interchange. This is the highest crash corridor in Portage County (80 Crashes).
