First you must click the start button on the bottom left of your screen. Type in “Microsoft office excel” in the search section. Click the one on the top of the search result, and than click the program 1. 2. 3.

The first toolbar appeared in your screen. This section allows you to manage text size, position, style, and color. This section allows you to add pictures, shapes, graphs, and symbols. This section allows you to manage margins, page sizes, and backgrounds. This section allows you to add physics / math formula to your table. This section allows you to insert data from Microsoft office access or any other resources. This section allows you to check your spelling and grammar, it also help to translate one language to another. This section allows you to view your work in a different format.

Drag the area that you want to make a table. Click “All Borders.” Result 1. 2. 3. Borders

Click the save button which is located on the top left of your screen 1. 2. 2. After you click it a window will pop on your screen, name your document then choose the directory to determinate the save location of the file, and than click save.
