1. Plan Ahead Look at your future and decide what you have to do now. Plan your purchases, don’t make impulse buying decisions

2. Set goals Set both long term and short term goals Give yourself a small reward once you reach your goals

3. Be Realistic Do not set goals that you cannot reach If you a saving up for something big, make sure that it is attainable Don’t expect to save up money easily and quickly

4. Spend Money carefully Buy things that you need. Don’t spend money on unnecessary purchases Don’t go on large spending sprees

5. Keep track of your spending Keep a record of how much you are spending, and how much you are saving

6. Let others help you Don’t try to do everything yourself Ask Trusted adults to help guide you.

7. Start Saving Early The aerlier you start to save, the more you will save. Identify what you want to save up for and start right away

8. Be Prepared Research and buy things at the lowest price you can find Try to make a plan for what you will need to buy on the future

9. Do the little things Collecting spare change will add up eventually Eat in inside of spending money elsewhere Don’ buy things that you do not need

10. Get a savings account It is always good to put your saved more into a savings account. It is much harder to access in the bank. It is easier to keep track of
