SEPPAC Developing Socio-Economic Performance and Potential Analysis Capacity in Ukraine Project Objective To increase the capacity of the Ukrainian government and nongovernment policy experts to develop effective state policy recommendations.

SEPPAC Developing Socio-Economic Performance and Potential Analysis Capacity in Ukraine Project Context State policy priorities must be set out clearly if reforms are to be implemented effectively. Evidence-based analysis helps define these priorities in a transparent manner. This is accomplished by benchmarking Ukraine’s performance on key socioeconomic indicators with that of other countries.
