Are there C&E implications? Is an FSP amendment required? What are the environmental risks (leachate, fire hazard, invasive species, etc)? What would Site Plan look like? What is the best site for a soil conditioning treatment (block, road, quarry, etc.)? What are the implications to productivity of stand and ultimately to the THLB? Would treatment result in exceeding Soil Disturbance limits – FPPR? Would treatment affect Regeneration delay? What does the Research say? As professionals, are there other considerations? Should we strike a Working Group to address this topic?
