2 STYLES OF LETTERS (EMAILS) Formal – is written to people the writer doesn´t know, it doesn´t have a personal tone Neutral – is often written to people the writer knows but not very well or to people who are in a formal relationship with us (boss, colleagues, old clients…) Informal – is written to friend or work partners we know very well and long
