2 West Tusc Neighborhood NDS was originally asked to take over the historic Lake 8 Movie theater (in the district) that was in jeopardy of shutting their doors after being open since the 1930’s. Once NDS did this… Planning an implementing an Arts & Entertainment District became number one priority NDS Investment: A lot has happened in a little over a year- Coffee Bar, Galleries, Art School, Neighborhood Marketing Program Support from various parties, most importantly city government, local business owners and foundations.
