Project ELEVET and systems ELECVET, ECVET- definitions and objectives Project ELEVET – objective: preparation of the unique certificate (diploma) for the persons, who wants to obtain engineer electrician position in EU countries according to unified rquirements.,,VET Framework and Credit Transfer” and,,Handbook for trainers” have been prepared during realization of the project ELEVET System ELECVET (Electrical Engineers Continuous Vocational Education and Training System) – Pan-EuropeanVocational Education and Training System for Electrical Engineers, created within the ELEVET project. ELECVET Certification Board and Certification Working Committees will be created in the framework of ELECVET. This Board is managing of all problems connected with education, it means rules of education (ECVET points, exams, awarding of certificates). Country Certification Bodies will perform the tasks within ELEVET System

Project ELEVET and systems ELECVET, ECVET- definitions and objectives System ECVET – (European Credit Transfer System for Vocational Educational and Training) – European system to collect and transfer of credits, designed for vocational education and training in Europe. It enables the attesting and recording of the learning achievement/learning outcomes of an individual engaged in a learning pathway, leading to a qualification, a vocational diploma or certificate. It will not overwright national systems of qualification, but only give the possibility to unified them.

Beneficiants of the project ELEVET: 1.Leaders of the professional trainings, professional and methodology advisers 2.Employers (representatives of employers organizations, branch institutions, handicraft) 3.Experts from the professional education and training (National Framework of Qualifications, quality asurance, recognition of qualification, validation) 4.Representatives of the technical universities (authorities of technical universities, academic teachers), teachers and directors of the professional schools

Beneficiants of the project ELEVET: 5.National, regional and local authorities – representatives of National Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Chief Education Officer, validation and certification institutions, representatives of the local authorities, responsible for education 6.Representatives of educational and professional training centres for teachers 7.Students

The main rules to get the title of professional engineer organizers of courses (educational centres, associations of electricians) requirements, which must be fulfilled educational centre (selection of trainers, audio-visual medium, equipment of teaching rooms), organizers of the professional practices (mainly companies engaged of electricians), detailed definition of requirements for the professional engineer, detailed definition of requirements for: a) Qualifications Commission Members, b) Procedures performiong of exams depending of aim of exam (it means: only for acquisition of ECVET points, to get the title:,,professional engineer” or acquisition of certificate, accepted by all EU countries, c) Educational centres, which wants receive the rights for awarding a certificates (professional authorizations)

The rules of awarding of points after finishing of courses and professional practices - 10 hours courses – 2 ECVET points - 40 hours courses – 8 ECVET points After each course there will be an exam with 100 questions, but positive results can be obtained after minimum 75 % rights answers Professional practices – have to be conducted on the position compatible with specialization

Final exam: - Requirements for persons, who wants to proceed to the exam: 1. The sum of points obtained during courses: 2. Established sum of hours of the professional practices: - Proposals and requirements for the composition of Examination Commission Diploma of the professional engineer (certificate of skills needed to employ as an engineers): This is another diploma in comparison to university diploma and defines availability of the owner of this diploma to work on the engineers position in the company

1) for listeners - possiblity to get diploma - improvement of qualification - better possibility to get job in EU 2) for the system of giving qualifications - easy way to compare knowledge, skills - contributes to the improvement of the quality of process validation Benefits from participation in ELEVET courses

3) for VET providers credit system - leads them to define clear and precise learning objectives and consequently support them to designe a more attractive and relevant VET supply and provision (programmes, contents, organization…), - helps to manage, to plan and organize mobility of individual learners, as well as to design and to imlement the guidance provision for module learners 4) for sectors and companies - makes vocational training supply and provision more transparent for the consumers of vocational trainings (social partners, firms, branches, sectors…) and facilitates partnerships and interaction - enables to select and design training courses and modules, which answer to the training needs of their employees Benefits from participation in ELEVET courses

1)unified preparation of courses curriculums (,,unit courses”) for the participants; these curriculums contain: - sub-units, - target groups of the users of courses, - specific aims and topics of the course, contents in every day, including the time for cafe breaks and discussion, - teaching methods, didactic materials and tools, e.g.: computers projector, abstracts prepared by teachers etc., - existing knowledge requirements for the participants of courses before beginning of course, - information on acquired professional competences after participation and test exams in the course, - information on evaluation and validation of the learning outcomes, Unification of VET courses, which is performed by:

2)uniform completion of three questionnaires by the participants: - questionnaire no. 1 before the course, - questionnaire no. 2 after the course, - questionnaire no. 3; this is user satisfaction questionnaire to complete after the course, 3) including to the learningprograms of requirements related to the business skills in expectation from employees are: a) in relation to occupational safety and health: - ability to anticipate threats to health and life associated with the performance of professional tasks, - ability to anticipate threats to property and environment associated with the performance of professional tasks, - ability to use of individual and collective protection when performing professional tasks, Unification of VET courses, which is performed by:

- ability to organize the work place according to the requirements of ergonomics and safety regulations, - ability to evaluate the device properties in terms of exposing the user, b) in relation to business activity: - ability to develop and implement the panel’s work schedule, subject to certain priorities, - ability to negotiate and make decisions, - ability to independently plan and self-education process to inspire and organize the learning process of others, - ability to use office equipment, business corespondence and the application programs that support economic activity, - ability to prepare the documentation necessary to run the business, Unification of VET courses, which is performed by:

c) in relation to the management and organizations of work: - team building and communication within the group, - managing and motivating the team, - the effectiveness of the management team, - creativity and innovation in business, - management of the project, Unification of VET courses, which is performed by:

4) Including to training courses subject matter of the skills: managerial, social and personal; on the base of questionnaires the most expected soft skills are: a) Managerial soft skills: 1) Assigning tasks, 2) Strategic thinking, 3) Planning, 4) Leadership, 5) Managing information, Unification of VET courses, which is performed by:

b) Social soft skills: 1) Teamwork, 2) Sharing knowledge and experiance, 3) Building relationship with other people, 4) Communicativeness, 5) Customer - oriented approach - professional service of internal and external customer, c) Personal soft skills: 1) Conscientiousness, 2) Aiming of results, 3) Readiness to learn, 4) Solving problems, 5) Creativity and assertiveness, Unification of VET courses, which is performed by:
