●Over 30 different modules ●High turnover ●Inconsistent information ●No evaluation components ●Need for ubiquitous access ●Archiving training documents ●Staff unfamiliar with Course Management System Need for eTraining

Who will Create eTraining? ●Insufficient skills among team members ●Summer 2012 - modified a vacant Library Information Associate, Senior position to include 25% responsibility for online training development ●Not expected to be a content expert ●Strong aptitude for technology and background in pedagogy
