Resources you could use for this! We have several posters in the Food room cupboard. Ask to see these, they are comprehensive and list many issues you could write up in your work. Use the PowerPoint. Use the theory sheets on ‘student read’. Finally, use this information and try to write up the detail in your project using your own sentences and words.
