Basic Facts African Elephants are mammals Live for 60 years Grey, big ears Tusks to fight predators 13 feet

Habitat African Elephants live in Africa Find food on the African savanna Live on land Need trees and water to stay away from sun

Diet Eat more than 200 POUNDS and drink 35 GALLONS of water A DAY!! Eats plants, berries,grass,herbs, Leaves, ree bark and wild fruit

Place in the food chain African Elephants are herbivores Lions and humans attack African Elephants An African Elephant is at the bottom of the food chain Only eats plants (herbivore)
