One of the Polish traditional dish es is appetizer „Bacon stuffed prune”. It is a very easy dish to prepare.

To make this dish we must have: Prunes without pits, Thin cut smoked bacon, A little oil, Toothpicks.

Step by step how to prepare „Becon stuffed prune” First, cut bacon into thin slices. Cut off all cubes, cartilage and veins.

Secondly, wrap prunes to slices of bacon and next add toothpicks.

These prunes with bacon must be put into a heated frying pan. After frying, we can put for a moment to a cooker with temperature 180°C. The last step is toserve this appetizer. We can serve the bacon stuffed prunes with a fresh piece of bread and with salad.
