2. American Motors Corporation AMC (American Motors Corporation) is defunct. It was, of course, an American car company. It was made because Nash-Kelvinator and Hudson Motor Car Company merged. It was bought by Chrysler. One of their cars was the AMC Gremlin.

3. Bavarian Motor Works BMW (Bavarian Motor Works) is a southern German car company. One of their cars is the X5. It is owned by Rolls- Royce, but costs much less.

4. Briscoe Briscoe is defunct. Briscoe is an American car, but was made in France. One of their cars is the B 4/24.

5. General Motors GM (General Motors) is a large American car company. It was bankrupt, but was bailed out by the United States government. It used to be the largest car company in the world, but now Toyota is. One of there cars is the Acadia.

6. Buick Buick is a division of General Motors. One of it’s cars is the Enclave.

7. Cadillac Cadillac is a division of General Motors. They are expensive cars. One of Cadillac’s cars is the Escalade.

8. Chevrolet Chevrolet is under GM. One of Chevrolet’s cars is called the Colorado.

9. Corvette Corvette is under Chevrolet. They are sports cars. One Corvette is the Z06.

10. Hummer Hummer’s are designed to be off road vehicles. It is under GM. One of their cars is the H2.

11. Pontiac Pontiac is under GM. One of their cars is the Solstice.

12. Oldsmobile Oldsmobile is defunct. It was under General Motors. One of their cars was the Cutlass.

13. Saturn Saturn is under GM. One of their cars is called the Sky.

14. Fiat Fiat is a large Italian company. They bought Chrysler. One of their cars is the 500.

15. Chrysler Chrysler used to be a American car company. They were bought by Mercedes-Benz, which lost millions of dollars on it and let Chrysler go. Chrysler revived, but then was bought by Fiat. One of their cars is the Pacifica.

16. Dodge Dodge is under Chrysler. One of their cars is the Grand Caravan.

17. Jeep Jeep is under Chrysler. One of Jeep’s cars is called the Grand Cherokee.

18. DeLorean DeLorean is defunct. It was an American company, but it’s cars where made in Ireland. The doors slide on top of the car and the body of the car was made of stainless steel so it wouldn’t rust. They where expensive.

19. Ferrari Ferrari is a very expensive Italian sports car. One of their cars it the Ferrari Enzo.

20. Ford Ford is a large American car company. One of their cars is the Taurus, a station wagon.

21. Mercury Mercury is under Ford, but is more luxurious. One of their cars is the Sable which is the more expensive version of the Taurus.

22. Lincoln Lincoln is a division of Ford. It is even more expensive that Mercury (no where near as expensive as Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, or Buggati). One of their cars is the Navigator.

23. Mustang Mustang is a division of Ford. It makes expensive (no where near as expensive as Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, or Buggati) sport cars. One of them is the Cobra.

24. Honda Honda is a Japanese car company. One of their cars is the Odyssey.

25. Acura One of Acura’s cars is the MDX. Acura is owned by Honda, and it is Japanese.

26. Hyundai Hyundai bought Kia. It is a Korean company. One of their cars is the Accent.

27. Kia Kia is a Korean car company. One of Kia’s cars is the Amanti. It was bought by Hyundai..

28. Infiniti Infiniti is a Japanese car company. One of their cars is the M35.

29. Isuzu Isuzu is a small Japanese company. One of Isuzu’s cars is the Rodeo.

30. Jaguar Jaguar’s are expensive (no where near as expensive as Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, or Buggati) sports cars. One of them is the FX. It is owned by TATA Motors.

31. Lamborghini Lamborghini’s are very expensive Italian sport cars. One of Lamborghini’s cars is the Reventon.

32. Land Rover Land Rover is made and Britain and is owed by TATA Motors, which also owns Jaguar. One of Land Rover’s cars is the LR2.

33. Lotus Lotus is owned by Proton, after their first owner, Bugatti, let them go. One of their cars is the Elise.

34. Mazda Mazda is a Japanese company. One of Mazda’s cars is the Mazda5.

35. Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-Benz is a German car company and is owned by Daimler AG (which also owns Smart). Their cars are expensive, and one of them is the McLaren.

36. Mini One of Mini’s cars is called the Clubman. It is owned by Authi. Mini was originally a British car.

37. Mitsubishi Mitsubishi is a Japanese company. One of Mitsubishi’s cars is called the Galant.

38. Nissan Nissan is a Japanese company. One of its cars is the Versa.

39. Packard Packard is defunct. On of their cars was the Clipper 8.

40. Porsche It is a German car company. One of Porsche’s cars is the 911.

41. Rolls-Royce Rolls-Royce is a British engine company. They also make very expensive cars, one of which is the Phantom.

42. Saab Saab is a Swedish company. One of Saab’s cars is the 9-3.

43. Smart Smart is owned by Daimler AG (a German company), which also owns Mercedes-Benz. One of Smart’s cars is the ForTwo.

44. Subaru Subaru is Japanese and is owned by Fuji Heavy Industries. One of Subaru’s cars is the Tribeca.

45. Shelby SuperCars Shelby SuperCars makes supercars. On of their cars is called the SSC Ultimate Aero. It very expensive and is also the fastest car in the world. It can produce more than 1,000 horsepower, and can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 2.7 seconds!

46. Suzuki Suzuki is a Japanese motorcycle company that also makes cars. One of their cars is the XL-7.

47. Toyota Toyota is the largest car company in the world. It is Japanese and one of its cars is the Camry. It was the best selling car in the world.

48. Scion Scion is under Toyota. One of Scion’s cars is the xA.

49. Lexus Lexus is owned by Toyota and is a Japanese company. One of their cars is the LF-A.

50. Volkswagen Volkswagen is a German car company, and one of its cars is the famous Beetle (otherwise known as the “punch- buggy”).

51. Bugatti Bugatti is a very expensive sports car company under Volkswagen. It is a German car. One of there cars is the most expensive in the world, Buggati Veryon 16.4, which cost around $1,700,000!

52. Audi One of Audi’s cars is the Q7. It is a German car and is owned by Volkswagen.

53. Volvo Volvo is a Swedish company. One of Volvo’s cars is the S60. Volvo Cars was bought from Volvo by Ford.
