Tagging a File

The client needs to “tag” the file(s) to be transferred

Click “Tag”

Click “Files”

Click “Auto Tag”

BDT automatically locates and displays the QuickBooks file(s)

Put a check in the box next to the file(s) that need to be tagged

Click “Tag”

The file remains tagged until removed

On subsequent transfers the client only needs to click the appropriate send button

Setting the Automatic Backup

Select this button when the accountant needs to review the file

Select this button when the accountant needs to make changes to and send back the file

The client will be restricted from accessing or making changes to the file
