3 Our business Our business would fall under the oligopoly market structure. There are few firms out there that are similar to what we have created.

4 Competition ● Biggest competitors would have to be indoor pool places such as; o aquatic park o great wolf lodge o wild waves o water parks in the area We believe that with our unique business plan, our company will be a huge success.

7 Start up cost ● warehouse(skylights, large parking lot) 171,600SF: $4.75/SF/year -about $815,100 per year for warehouse lease ● about 500 tons of sand: $15 per ton -around $8,000 of sand replaced every year ● indoor saltwater pool: 1 million dollars o maintenance 150k annually ● man made wave machine: $186 per hour of continuous waves ● 5000 gallons of water ● UV lights(tanning): 100k ● landscaping: 100k ● utilities(electric, garbage, sewage) $55,000 ● water ● 100 employees: $9.25 per hour before tax

8 Cost ● $75.00 per person ● children 3 and under free ● We offer a membership for the number of people in your family(group) times 100. o For example if you have 5 people in your family it will cost you $500 a year. ● Membership includes: free admission to the pool for 12 full months and accessibility to a cabana & unlimited drinks

9 Advertising through social media We have a website full time running that you can find most of our information on; www.beachparadise.net As well as the hours for each location. At Beach paradise we believe a strong part of being a company is listening to what our customers have to say about our business. So on our webpage we have a link to an online survey with ten questions that we take into account for at every staff meeting. By taking this short survey you receive 10% off your next visit to Beach paradise. You can find Beach Paradise on every large social media page such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. Also advertising by giving out coupons, it will be an incentive for people to come in.www.beachparadise.net

10 Expanding Starting local in our home town which also happens to be a big city, Portland Oregon. Then adding more locations in the state when our first location has become well known, no longer in debt and successful. Hopefully be able to have at least two Beach Paradise in each state by the year 2025.

11 GOOD VIBES This is an expensive company to start. We estimate that all together it will have to cost around 12 million dollars. We think with our one of a kind indoor beach it will be a huge success. We would like to ask for 2 million dollars for a 20% ownership. We need you to help us make this dream become reality.
