Fruits and vegetables Fruit has good fiber and they are good for your body. Vegetables are good for you because they have a lot of vitamins nutrients. A lot of good foods have a lot of fiber and nutrients and vitamins.

un Healthy snacks Un healthy snacks are not good for you they do not carry a lot of vitamin and they carry bad fiber. Chips and fast food are not good they taste good but they are not good for your health.

Healthy snacks healthy food is good for you it carries a lot of vitamins and good fiber. Carrots and fruit are the best thing to eat when you are on a diet. Strawberries are a good fruit choice to eat.

Exercise You should exercise at lest 2 times a week it is good for your body You can exercise at the park or at the gym or at your house. When you exercise you should run or walk.

Keep your body healthy You should exercise and eat good foods with good fiber Good food is good for your health and you body and your bones.
