2. Geography Sumer was an Ancient Kingdom in Mesopotamia(Southern Iraq) Sumer was the country in the Chalcolithic and Early Bronze Age.

3. Food Sumerians were the first people to cultivate vegetables, and crop plants. They grew onions, beans, garlic, chick peas, cucumber, lettuce, barley, wheat, and millet. Onion Grains of barley Beans

4. Religion Sumerians honored and worshiped gods because they were scared of them. They thought the gods determined their lives. Also the Sumerians believed in something called Me(may)that ruled over everything and was a universal law.

5. Architecture Sumerians built statues and small materials out of clay. Their houses were built of bundles of reeds but after cities began to civilize, they made houses out of clay but sometimes they built houses with mud-bricks or fired bricks.

6. Unanswered Questions Are some still alive? Who were in charge of sacrifices? How did their civilizations start? Did other countries take over them? Did they had any language? Did they have hospitals? Did they marry? Where they free?
