9 Training of Trainers Workshop 31 May – 4 June 2010, FAO Rome Questions for consideration To encourage consideration from multiple angles Several in each category, for example: ◦ Did you feel suitably equipped to conduct the NFP training? What were the main concerns of the trainees and how were these addressed? What were the common capacity challenges you observed during the training? ◦ What were the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ by the NFPs? How did you respond to them? Were there any questions you didn’t feel equipped to respond to, and if so, how to you handle this? ◦ In the countries you supported, was a public review process of the results conducted? Were the results and findings of the assessment communicated nationally? What types and formats of products will there be? ◦ For the next project, how/ what could we improve in the way the project was conducted?
