Value is the degree of light and dark in a design. Value can be used with color as well as black and white.

Texture refers to surface quality, it can be real or implied by different uses of media. Watch the video to learn more.

Color refers to specific hues which are organized on the color wheel, which shows the chromatic scale in a circle using all the colors made with the primary colors. Primary Colors: Red, Blue & Yellow (They make up all other colors on the color wheel) Secondary Colors: Orange, Green & Violet (Created by mixing two primary colors) Test your color mixing knowledge.
